Author of The Golfing Bodymind (1980), a pioneering work exploring performance and pressure in elite golf. Sandy founded The Sporting Bodymind, working with Olympic athletes, Tottenham Hotspur, two Ryder Cup Captains, and international teams in Hockey and Cycling.

A Champion Amateur Golfer himself, winning the European Universities, the prestigious Boyd Quaich at St Andrews, the Irish Youths, the West of England and the Gloucester Championship.

Today, Sandy combines decades of experience with modern neuroscience and timeless disciplines like yoga and Zen to help golfers unlock their true potential.
